The site that I've chosen is hotjar by Contentsquare. The usability go along way of using an App, simply just using a website or a product. The one way is to make user friendly. It can help you see were your customer find it's hard to use your website or App, and where you need to make the changes. They're 5 way to help you the long way. They are, it helps validate your prototype. Two, It helps create a better user experience. Three, It illuminates other data points. Four, usability-testing helps you empathize with your customers. Five, it helps get buy-in for change. They're different method to choose, but at the end, it all up to you. They're many way to do a usability test.
